Hi, is there any way to create a default view for when visitors view a shared folder? i.e. I would always like it to be set on grid view instead of list view. Thank you.

  Unfortunately, we don't currently offer the feature you asked about. Our Product team is constantly looking for ways to improve Box based on user feedback, so I recommend submitting this feature request at pulse.box.com.

  When I open a folder it is defaulting to sort by the end of the alphabet first. How do I change that?
