    Welcome to the Box Community!

    To be able to use the Office online integration, you must have a business Office 365 account if you are part of a Business or Enterprise account.

    If you are a free Box user, you can use the integration without a Microsoft Office Online account.

    Hi France,

    I have a business Office 365 account but when I try to open a document through office online it doesn't allow me and I can't work on the documents.
