Shared Link not working for China mainland

I created a shared link that all people can view and download. I am finding the link is NOT working for anyone located in China, but it IS working for anyone located in the US / anywhere else. It seems like BOX is not allowing it to work for their IP addresses or something. How can I get this fixed ASAP so it works for people in China?
