Hello, 

I try to share a folder with an external collaborator from BAKER HUGHES. It seems that is not possible. Does BAKER HUGHES is a specific case?

How can I do?

    Are you getting any sort of error message when sharing a folder to an external collaborator?

    Can you share a screenshot so we can take a closer look?

    Hello and thank you to help me.

    Yes, I get a error message and it seems to mean that it is not possible ot share folder with "desactivated" collaborator (french message).
