Box Drive fails to load after upgrade to iOS 11.4

This has the potential for affecting a large percentage of our student population and we do not have a qualified solution. I can certainly not suggest to every student, staff member, and faculty member, that they submit support requests to Box. Although, perhaps 15,000 tickets could get a qualified solution.

Something left out of the instructions for removing Box Drive from a Mac is "how to remove the Box extension".

    Since Box Drive fails to load, it isn't possible to "quit" the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling Box Drive does not work.
