Having trouble transfering ownership to a colleague

Hey there, I currently am the owner of a single file because I created it and recently added 2 colleagues as "collaborators" to the file. They are currently set as "editors" and one of them needs to be an owner. When I went to the drop-down menu under Permissions, I only get 2 options which is editor or viewer (view screenshot for visual aid)

How do I set them as an owner? Please advise
