We would like to know how box sign object syncs with Quote document object ? The OOTB quote doc field on Box sign is not getting populated. It can be better explained in a call.
When we used box sign tags on the quote template content records, the signature contents were coming in smaller size. We are not able to increase the font size of them.
When we send sign request for multiple times on the same quote, the document record on box folder gets duplicated again and again with different versions. Is there a setting to prevent them from duplicating again or can we delete the older versions of document?
We explored the options of relays to rename the file name of the signed copy. Looks like when we select What folder would you like to apply the Sign event to? as Quote folder, file renaming is not working. But when we select What folder would you like to apply the Sign event to? as individual records under quote folder, renaming is working.
