I want to install BOX DRIVE. However, when I try to install it, I get an error message "Click OK to try again, or enter an altermate path to a folder containing the installation package ''BOX 2.31.64msi''in the bob below." BOX2.31.64msi is not found.

    Have you tried using the Box Drive installer here? If it requires the MSI installer, please head over to this article. 

    Meanwhile, if you continue to receive the same error, you may reach out to our Support team and open a ticket.
