box tools is not downloading

I am trying to download documents from box but I'm unable to get past the download screen. Once it gets to the window "installing box tools" the status never progresses after "searching for related applications".

  For me to check, may I please have the screen recording on how are you downloading the documents? Also, could you please confirm if you're trying to download Box Tools?
