Box Tools Safari Installed and Constantly Failing

Have uninstalled and reinstalled Box Tools over a dozen times and the open/edit feature still constantly fails to operate (with Box claiming that Box Tools is not installed). Frustrating and clearly a bug that is plaguing many.
