Cant play audio that a friend send that has recording for class

He send me his box file with some audio but when ever i try to play it, it just say unable play audio also try to make copy on to my phone file as well but it show an error for downloading it or moving or a copy.

    Can you attach a screenshot of your error during preview and when you try to move/copy or download the file?
