I have been paying $120 a month for years. I had many very important files in here that I need.
I have not logged on in a few months but now I don't even see my profile. ONly the the profile of my manager Milly with no info.
What happened?

Regarding your Box account and your missing contents, are you having trouble logging in? If you happen to have forgotten your password please generate a password reset.
Also, if nothing happened after you reset your password, please check if you have already canceled or deactivated your Box account.
