The problem repeats itself. Total storage incorrect.

The total amount of storage used in my account is not correct, please update my storage settings.
I have no items in the trash.

We're glad you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. You may check it by logging in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
