Request: Tool to Determine Why File Name Is NOT Supported

This list of file name requirements is comprehensive but it is sometimes difficult to figure out why a give file name does not meet Box’s requirements:

Would someone please design a tool to identify which of these rules a given file name breaks?  Maybe just a series of regex tests could find what human eyes do not see.
