Deleted Files by accident

Hello support team I accidentally deleted some files. They were several audio recordings and folders I don't know exactly what was deleted but I know plenty is missing. I really need those back is there a way you can recover them for me.

To look for your missing files, please login to box.com and head over to your trash/bin icon.
You may start to sort, filter or search for your missing files or folders.
- In your trash, you can use the search bar and begin to type the missing file or folder's name.
- Or you can use the filters, to do this, directly beneath the folder label (Trash), click the Items I Own (or Items I Deleted) down arrow. Then click the option you want.
Once you find the item that you need to restore, here's how to recover it.
- Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.

- Click the ellipsis (...). Then:

- To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
- At the prompt, click Okay.
Note: Please note that this recovery grace period (14-day) does not apply to Free accounts. We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan.
