Cannot View or download Files

I have roughly 11 pdf files to view and download and it will not let me do either. I have called my IT department. I have relogged in. The people giving me access say I have proper permissions. Any help would be appreciated.

    Looks like you're having issues with your content preview and download. Can you take a screenshot of your error and attach it in this post?
