Upgrading Individual account to Enterprise account

I would like to upgrade my personal account to an enterprise account but it doesn't give me that option when I select "upgrade account" currently. Please advise!

Looks like you've upgraded to a Business account and would you still like to upgrade it to Enterprise? If yes, please feel free to open a ticket here for your Billing concern or contact our Billing team through billing@box.com.
