Cancel my Box account

I am on Box.com and cannot figure out how to cancel my Box account.  I have had it for viwe only set up by billing company called PMRG. We stopped contract with PMRG on 08/01/2022 and no longer need the BOX. I will speculate that the account is on some type of auto-renew.  I want to cancel the account.   Please confirm as soon as possible. Thank you
