I am an admin, and I am attempting to make a managed user a co-admin, but I receive the following pop-up:

"Admin and Co-admin roles must use a verified domain for the primary and secondary email address. Please try again."

How do I verify this individual's domain so that they can be a co-admin?

  What if I don't have access to my domain (so I can't verify it).  this wasn't a criteria in the past.
