How to increase "max file size" limit

I see that I have 10GB of storage (I have used 1.2GB) 

I need to collaborate with client team - and they are wanting to upload a file size of 350MB. They receive an error when they try to upload. 

If I upgrade to different plan, will my max file size be different?
