Hello, Can't upload fails - from 250 GB I have 160 GB free storage?

Appears banner with text" Upload exceeds storage quota"

What it means?

  Note: To keep your data private and secured I've removed your email address from this post. 

  As for your upload issue, you may be uploading through a collaborated folder. If so, please contact the owner and make sure the owner has enough storage to store new contents.
