About a month ago, I was invited to collaborate on a file and signed up to create an account. That file was received with no issues. Since then, I have been invited to view other folders (from the same sender) but get the abovementioned message. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  Could be that the collaboration invite has expired or the folder itself has been removed or deleted. 

  Please reach out to the folder owner or the person who sent this invitation.
