Difference between file request and uploader access rights

Hi,

I would like to know what the difference between the file request feature and the uploader access rights on a shared folder are? I know that once you submit a file request, you won't be able to see it. But I want to know if there's more to it.

Are there any specific use cases you can provide me with for each option?

For ex: If I have provided a link of a file request to my freelancers, they won't be able to see it once they upload it.

But if I share a folder with the access rights of an uploader, that would accomplish the same thing, except in this case, they can access the folder and view the uploaded file. Is that the only difference though?
