Box Status

I can't log into box on my laptop using Word or any Office 365

I cannot bring up Box on my laptop to either open or close documents. I can log in online so I know the account email and password are correct.  But I can't figure out how to log in on my laptop where all my documents are saved and backed up in Box. I have been using Box for many years and this is really slowing me down.
