Problem with Videos uploaded to Box recently...

I have recently recorded some videos on my IPhone 13 and when I post to Box, the aspect ratio is off resulting in the picture appearing stretched out. Any suggestions for how to fix this problem?  Thank you...

    • Is this recurring in every videos you uploaded? 
    • What if you upload it in your mobile device's browser and not in the Box for iOS app? 
    • Has it ever worked before?
