Download Previews not loading

I am having issues previewing downloads on Box. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled, and re-installed, I have checked my permission, security settings, and the firewall. I still can't access the files I downloaded.

    Is there an error when you preview the Box file(s)? Can you please attach a screenshot here?
