The Mac Installation Failed - Contact the software manufacturer for assistance

I have downloaded the Box Drive for my Mac and when I go to install I got the message attached.
I'm using MacBook Air with OS Ventura 13.4. I've looked for Applications but there's no Box Drive installed.

  I am having the same issue. Keeps failing to install.
