Hello,

I signed up for Box, and the link sent in the confirmation email immediately expired. I was directed to contact the account administrator, but no direction on how to do so has been provided. Please provide information on contacting the administrator or resending the confirmation email.

    What happens if I do a password reset, seconds later the link arrives and it says EXPIRED?? I have tried this several times over the last couple days. Any other options?

    interesting- the user was set to LA timezone but was sitting in Maine. Adjusted the timezone to EST/New. York and the confirmation worked. You should add a note somewhere during setup to confirm timezones in the admin panel.
