Box for Outlookで共有できない

OutlookにBox for Outlookをアドインでき、Boxアカウントにもログインできたが、
Box内のファイルを共有→選択すると、BoxはBoxから添付の要求を処理しています。の表示が出たまま共有リンクが作成されない。
