How can I change my email address? My old account has closed.

  Hi David, 

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

  You could change your email address by adding it first as your secondary email then switch it as your primary email. 

  To add an email address:

  1. Click Add More Emails.
  2. Enter a valid email address.
  3. Click Save.

  An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.

  To make a secondary email address your primary email address:

  • Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.

  Also, looks like you've since deleted your Box account. Let us know if you need assistance regarding your Box login.

  Thanks Rona, because it's not easy to figure out how to change master primary email, if you don't know... because inside the dashboard the option to add another email it seems limited to add a secondary one and it's not clear than you'll be able to make it primary later :)

  I need to change me Email address but cannot find the "Add More Email" and the Email Notifications section in accounts there are no Change Email buttons, or selections?
