How to switch to a developer account

We are currently considering API linkage from another service using JWT authentication.

However, since my account is an individual, I can't see the management console and can't approve Box apps.

How can I change my account type to developer?

Or, please let me know if there is a way to link with the API using JWT authentication without changing the developer.
