Box Sign Glitch

We have learned that when sending large documents for signatures, there is a glitch when clients are scrolling through the pages to sign. Box will either take a while to scroll, will jump three pages, or will take them to the last page. Is there a way to remedy this so clients can still be sent large documents and review the documents?
