RéponduI can not logon with because it requires another verification and I don't know the 2nd verification code. Please reset my account logon and no need to set the 2nd verification.

2FA is not enabled to your account. By any chance, are you receiving a prompt to enable 2FA to access a collaborated folder?
Meanwhile, have you gone to use a different browser to log in?

Sorry but my account is "kyoshida@apptio.com" and tried to logon from different browser (Safari) but got the same error message of the 2nd verification code required. Can you check "kyoshida@apptio.com" and reset the account without 2nd verification?
