School Email Conversion (Invalid credentials)

Hi there,

I created my box account using my school email while I was a student. I have since become an employee of the school and it uses Box for sensitive files. Unfortunately there seems to be some sort of issue with my account because when asked if I'm an employee of the school it says I have invalid credentials but then if I select I am not an employee of the school and use my school email it let's me in, but obviously I do not have the upgraded box account and I get blocked from certain school/work related folders since I am "not an employee." Can someone help?

    Looks like you will need to get in touch with your internal helpdesk team first. If there's a need to create a case, a member of your team will get in touch instead.
