Unable to find my files after copy, paste

Hello, Team.
I have using box app from past 6years. I have alot of content in my box app, where i tried to download all my content today. So, I have copied and tried to paste in another folder. But, unfortunately the transfer got failed. From that time I'm unable to see all my files. Please help me in getting back all my files back to my account.

- Did you download the files through your local Box folder or in the Box website?
- Did you check your Trash now that you've noticed your files has disappeared?
