Can't access or locate folders that are shared with me

Our General Contractor uses Box to store their As-Builts and Diagrams for our buildings. They have shared them with me several times. The first several times, I would have access until I logged out. Once I logged back into Box they would be gone.
My previous remedy was to have them reshare the links to me but now even when they go through and share link to me from their end, the link says it cannot locate that file or folder.
Is there something on my end that I am doing incorrectly?
