I saw a question on this already in the forums from a year ago but no answer given. We have an external system that connects to Box via FTPS using an external password. We have no way to access this account using SSO. All other accounts use SSO. Is it possible for an SSO user to share a folder so that the external system can access it? Or conversely, is it possible for the external system to share a folder so that an SSO user can access it?

    Never mind. Sharing files and folders to the account works. I just needed to disconnect and reconnect....
