Submit a ticket

When I try to submit a ticket on the Box web site it says,

"Your organization has requested that you contact your internal Help/Service Desk."

I reached out to my internal Service Desk at my organization and they cannot help me with the issue.

Can you please advise on how I can submit a ticket directly to Box?

    As much as I wanted to assist I'm afraid we can only  provide assistance through your helpdesk team. Any future case needed for your Box query should go through your internal helpdesk team.
