Accept Invite doesn't work
RéponduHi I clicked the "Accept Invite" email from my collaborators from 23andMe. Same as previous posts, I'm automatically redirected to my home-page with no files. Could you please fix the issue? I have read other posts with the same issue but no apparent ways to fix it. The collaborators already sent me the same invitation email twice. This is very time-sensitive and I would appreciate the Box team's help. Thanks.

Did you check if the email where this collaboration invite was sent is the same email you're using to log in to your Box account?
If yes, try to log in to your Box account first and accept the invite again.

Hello, I am having the same issue. I click "accept invite", browser opens, I log-in to box successfully and the file/folder being shared is not in my list of "all files". Sender has the right email & I have successfully accepted invites from colleagues of sender. Please help. Thank you

Same issue. I am surprised there is no answer on this thread with so many people having the same problem over the course of a year. And that there is no way to get one on one support for such a major issue. If anyone has figured this out, could you please point me in the right direction?
