Missing Files and folders

I had the app when it was free and using it to store serial numbers and lots of detailed information on items. When I went to look for them earlier this year tons of information is missing. I maybe have a few items at best. What do I need to do to get the rest of files and folders back?

  Are these items your owned content or shared with? If it's the latter, kindly reach out to the owner for the collaboration re-invite. Meanwhile, for your owned contents that are missing. You may check your trash.

  To restore  specific items you own in Trash:

  The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.

  1. Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
  2. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then: 

  • To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.

  3. At the prompt, click Okay.
