is this forum where I create a "open support case" -- or is there another place on the Box site where I create one?

    Welcome to Box Community and I'm here to help! 

    Looks like you will need to get in touch with your internal helpdesk team first. If there's a need to create a case, a member of your team will get in touch instead.
