searching for file content

I'm trying to start with something simple: finding a file that I know exists.

I have a pptx file that contains "morita" in one of its fields:

It's in the folder "... Box/Collab/aCD/CAD".

But if I'm searching that folder 

But if I search for it 

The search fails: 

Why can't I find this file?

    Are you able to locate this file manually without using the Box search? If yes, can you try to search this file in your alternate browser?
