Need to chanage email address

Hi there,
I need to change my email address on account to my new one. My current email attached to this account will no longer be active in the near future. I cannot change it in the settings, there is an option to link personal email, but I do not have the ability to do this. I just simply want to change the current email.

You can start by adding a secondary email address in your Box account. Here's the complete steps for you:
To add an email address:
- Click Link Personal Email.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Click Save.
An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
To make a secondary email address your primary email address:
- Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.
