Box Status

Box Tools installed but fail to operate in Safari

Hi,

I keep on uninstalling and installing Box Tools on my Mac (latest OS X) and after having worked fine for a while they continue to fail and open documents from Safari. Box Tools Extension is of course enabled in Safari.

Any advice of that I could be doing?

    Running Ventura 13.6 Box tools is installed and enabled in Safari, but when I try to open a document I get the message that Tools is not detected on my computer. This is a fairly new problem, as it used to work fine.
