Storage says full when it is not

I have only used like 50MB and it is saying I've used my entire 10Gb. How can i fix this?

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  Looks like you haven't used the entirety of your allocated space. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
