Transferring Ownership

The ownership of multiple files is under an ex-employee.  We need to be able to switch ownership to the actual owner of the company, but can't without his email login.  HELP!

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  Currently, it is only the folder owner who could accomplish the transfer of folder ownership with no alternate workaround.
