I cannot access any files that my colleague has shared with me? I have tried. Chrome, Safari and Firefox, cleared cache.... no luck. How do I get access?

  What was the method of sharing the file, a shared link URL or collaboration invite?Also, what do you see when accessing the file? You may attach a screenshot in this forum.
