I got charged before the end of the day of my free trail!!!!

I got charged before the end of the day of my free trail. We had 1 day left on our free trial and we were charged $1,260.00. The terms say by the end of day on the last trial day but i was charged at 1:02 pm. I canceled the free trail to not go over the allowed days but was still charged. WHY IS THERE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. Can someone please help?
