DICOM files on Box.com not showing up on Box Drive

We have several DICOM files (i.e., medical images) saved in our Box account. I can see all of the DICOM files on Box.com but none of them are showing up on Box Drive. All folders that should contain the DICOM files are there, but when I open up those folders I get a message that says, "This folder is empty." Why can't I see these files on Box Drive?
