Loading files and getting upgrade message

Box is not allowing me to upload files without upgrading my account despite the fact that I have 10 GB of space available on my existing account.

  Can you attach a screenshot of your upgrade prompt? Also, are you uploading on your own folder or through a collaborated folder?
